Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, and (coming soon) Credit/Debit cards via Stripe. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees.

Exchanges

Unworn pieces with original tags can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. To request an exchange, email info@wearcasualz.com with your order number.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
